Speed Regulations

• Weekends & Holidays – 30 MPH max

• Before Dawn & After Dusk –10 MPH max

• When within a 100 foot distance from shore, docks, bridges & people in water – 5MPH

• Times of High Water – No wake

• Personal Flotation Device (wearable 1 jacket per seat)

• Horn or Whistle

• Bell (Where Required

• Adequate Bilge Ventilation

• Approved, Unexpired Visual Distress Signals

• Approved Fire Extinguishers

• Flame Arrestor properly installed (Where required)
